• The 24L button with decorative mother of pearl rim is available with a white wire shank. The covered half ball button is a 16L and the rim makes the actual button a 24L.

• PLEASE NOTE- the plastic rims are vintage and may have some discoloration. An attempt will be made to match all buttons with the same degree of discoloration should they have any. This applies mainly to the light colored plastic rims and these are not recommended for film or TV costumes.

• Limited to the vintage stock on hand.

• Suitable fabrics

  • Light weight wools, silks, etc. that have body to them.

  • Light weight knits

  • Satin - however, not charmeuse, unless the charmeuse is lightly stabilized.

• The different styles of backs are indicated in the photos however, what you receive may not be exactly as what is depicted. The style will be the same but, the shape of the loop may differ.

• Please be advised- many of our button parts are vintage stock. There may be slight imperfections in the backings but, in no way affect the function or look of the button.
