• The 30L Square shaped button is available with a cloth shank and a fabric covered cloth shank .

• When the fabric is tightly woven, the fabric tends to pleat in the
  corners, rather than ease, when assembled. See last photo for example.

• Suitable fabrics

  • Light weight wools, silks, etc. that have body to them.

  • Light weight knits

  • Satin - however, not charmeuse unless fused with interfacing.

  • Fabrics that have a bit of give to both the warp and weft. If the fabrics don't have give, expect a slight fold in the fabrics to accommodate the curve of the button. See example of a "fold" inside the circle as indicated in third photo.

• Please be advised- many of our button parts are vintage stock. There may be slight imperfections in the backings but, in no way affect the function or look of the button.
